One of the customer’s garage door tracks was screwed in too loose. The track wobbled in place during use, and after a while, the door’s rollers slid right out of it. The door ended up hanging from one side, unable to open or close.
After disconnecting the opener and lift cables, we raised the door off its tracks by hand and removed it. The customer’s car was already parked outside, so this part was simple. Before putting the door back in, we leveled the loose tracks and tightened them in.
